This policy explains how David Protein handles 30-day no-reason returns, exchanges, quality problems, refunds, and pre-shipment cancellations.
Thirty-Day Return and Exchange Window
For eligible purchases from David Protein, the return or exchange request period remains open for 30 days from confirmed delivery.
Begin the request by emailing support@davidproteinorchard.shop; please wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item.
Return Labels and Quality Issues
For an approved change-of-mind return or exchange, David Protein covers the shipping cost through a prepaid label or another no-cost method.
David Protein also bears all return shipping costs for damage, defects, quality concerns, wrong items, or missing items and components.
No restocking fee applies to an approved return or exchange handled under this policy.
When Approved Funds Are Returned
David Protein sends an approved refund back to the original payment method, with receipt of the funds expected within 5-10 business days.
Limited Return Categories
The no-reason program excludes personalized items, clearance and Final Sale products, gift cards, and any opened item intended for intimate or hygiene-sensitive use.
David Protein will still address damage, defects, incorrect or incomplete orders, and rights that cannot lawfully be limited, even when the product category is normally excluded.
Before and After Shipment
An order may be cancelled before shipment by contacting support@davidproteinorchard.shop promptly. Once shipped, the request is handled under this Refund Policy.

Restocking fee: None.
For clarity, David Protein pays all approved return shipping for both no-reason returns or exchanges and verified quality-related returns.
