David Protein requires lawful use of the site and complete, accurate information for billing, shipping, communication, and order fulfillment.

Payment Conditions

David Protein completes checkout in USD and calculates taxes according to the law applicable to the transaction.

U.S. Delivery Terms

Free standard shipping and tracking apply to U.S. orders from David Protein; the normal schedule is 1–2 business days for processing plus 4–6 business days in transit, without a guaranteed arrival date.

Return Terms

Eligible no-reason returns and exchanges are available for 30 days after delivery. David Protein pays approved return shipping, including for quality issues, and returns approved refunds to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

David Protein excludes personalized items, Final Sale or clearance merchandise, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods from change-of-mind returns without restricting quality-problem or non-waivable rights.

Cancellation and Order Review

Cancellation may be requested before shipment; after dispatch, the Refund Policy applies. David Protein may refuse or cancel an unlawful, unauthorized, fraudulent, or materially mispriced order.
